It is with great honor that I introduce to you a wonderful, talented blogger, and friend. Femme, as she is so endearingly known to many of us in the cyber world, stands a woman with much integrity. She wears many hats on any given day. She is a talented photojournalist with a love for the environment, natural medicine, our military, and many other areas close to her heart.
The best way to describe my friend is that she is a roaming, multitask-er, sprinkled with much talent. Believe me when I say she is one busy gal! Her gift to us is that she keeps her pulse on the world around us.

One of Femme's most wonderful endeavors was when she initiated a project in which authors, editors, and volunteers joined together to form the Legacy Archives Foundation. The writers all contributed stories from their personal lives to be preserved and archived. The stories were a part of their family heritage. The mission was to store them for safe keeping so that they would not be lost and passed down to the next generation.
Thus the keepers of the stories become known as the Legacy Scribes!
One of the most remarkable aspects of this organization was that 70% of profits from each book were assigned to go to a specific not-for-profit program. The remaining 30% covers production expenses.
The first book was titled Mysterious & Miraculous- Book 1.
This first book proudly supports the K9s for Warriors Program/Rescue.
95% of all K9s brought into the K9s for Wounded Warriors Program/Rescue are adopted from animal shelters.
